At Your Service!

Let me introduce myself! My name is Karen Weiner and I have been successfully helping people buy and sell their homes since 2004. I hope you will find my website useful and I look forward to hearing from you when you are ready to take the next step!

Satisfaction Guaranteed!

When you make the important decision to buy or sell a home, choosing the right realtor is an extremely important one. Of course I am committed to going the extra mile to ensure that all of your needs are successfully met in a professional and honest manner, but more importantly, I take great pride in earning your trust and confidence, and would honour the opportunity to show you what a difference a caring and patient realtor can make, not only in the searching or selling stages, but also in the negotiation process.

Setting The Stage!

Over the years, one of the most successful aspects of my business has been the home staging process.

Not only am I interested in the marketing, negotiating and sale of your home, but I’m committed to making it as ‘saleable’ as possible while helping you get the highest price for your listing.

Home staging is a proven method of doing this! However, to do it well usually takes a trained eye, creativity and lots of patience. Hiring a professional can cost thousand of dollars, however I provide this service to my sellers completely FREE OF CHARGE! I will advise, help decorate, and in most instances supply many of the home accents and décor that are used in the home staging process. Many of my clients can attest to the fact that I have secured a much quicker sale and larger return on their home, a fact that I am extremely proud of! First Time Home Buyers!

The buying process can be daunting, especially it it’s your first time! I take great pride in holding my clients’ hands throughout the process and being there every step of the way. No question is too small, no fear is unfounded, and no amount of searching for the right place is too much. Many of my clients are first time home buyers and time and time again I hear them say that the whole process was not as daunting as they thought it would be. I welcome the opportunity to be there by your side, helping you through the exciting process of buying a home, whether you’re a first time home buyer, or a veteran!

Availability!

Making myself available to my clients is a priority, and my web site is here to help you 24 hours a day! You can search listings at your own convenience, browse reports, read up on real estate info on your own terms, sign up to receive listings, or request a free market evaluation. When you are ready to see a listing in person, or just have a simple question, please do not hesitate to contact me!

I truly look forward to meeting you and helping you with your real estate journey!
